Customer Checklist:
Locate all software application discs that were packaged with the computer or
purchased separately. Examples are Microsoft Windows XP, Anti-Virus, Firewall,
Microsoft Office, and other digital devices.
After an appointment is scheduled with Desktop Upgraders, a technician will call
24 hours before scheduled service to confirm service appointment.
Here is what you should expect from the technician: prompt, courteous service to
support, repair, or upgrade your computer system at an exceptional cost!
The technician is rated on how receptive the customer needs are understood
during the service visit. (Please fill out the online survey to rate the technician
after service is completed.
The Customer Service Department will perform a follow-up call no more than 24
hours after service is performed. Another call will be placed at one week to ensure
technician quality and customer satisfaction. The last call will be placed at the one
year anniversary for the FREE annual checkup to again thank the customer for
the opportunity to service their computer system.
